We are delighted to present you with the latest version of ETKA from LexCom. It contains many new functions that make it even easier to use the program. The following examples provide a brief summary of the new functions:
- You have access to information and car data for all markets worldwide.
- Simpler navigation has significantly reduced the number of dialogue boxes in ETKA.
- The search functions have been extended and enhanced to enable more advanced searches.
- When you search by entering part numbers directly, all the available colours are displayed.
- In main group selection, you can also navigate using pictograms.
- An info box containing an explanatory text appears in the pull-down menus for the subgroup and illustration input fields.
- The use of optimised graphics technology has improved the quality of the illustrations considerably.
- You can now use the scroll function in the illustration-text views to find parts even faster.
- The “Support-Web” menu item has been integrated in the ETKA functions. This is a brand-dependent communication function for sending and receiving messages and queries (tickets) between dealers, distribution centres and producers.
- You can continue to use ETKA while downloading.
- The repair kits have been integrated in the illustration-text views.
- You can open the parts information by double-clicking on the item number in the illustration in the illustration-text view.
- You can monitor the use of any older stock you may have using the “Data History” function. You can open the Data History from the context menu (right mouse-click) in the illustration-text views.
- All spare parts displayed as search results in the illustration-text view are identified in the text section by a green arrow 4 in front of the item number.
- All ETKA systems are multilanguage and you can currently choose from 17 languages.
- In addition to the recommended standard screen resolution setting of 1280 x 1024 pixels, you can also choose 1024 x 768 pixels.
